Creative Seller Studio is operated by Resisdentz LLC (“Creative Seller Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and otherwise process information when you use Creative Seller Studio, including our website, Studio tools, file-management features, mockup tools, Store, AI-powered features, subscriptions, support services, and related services.

By using Creative Seller Studio, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create or use a Creative Seller Studio account, we may process information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • User ID
  • Account role
  • Subscription tier
  • Account creation date
  • Trial or subscription status
  • Related account preferences

Authentication and account infrastructure are provided through Base44.

Content You Upload

Creative Seller Studio allows users to upload or create content including:

  • Artwork and design files
  • Product images
  • Custom mockup images
  • Watermarks
  • Overlays
  • Foreground mask images
  • Other images and files used with Creative Seller Studio tools

We process these files so that we can provide the features you request, including resizing, mockup creation, previews, file management, AI processing, and exporting.

Listing and AI Profile Information

We may process and store information you create or configure within Creative Seller Studio, including:

  • Listing titles
  • Product descriptions
  • Tags
  • Filenames
  • AI listing-profile instructions
  • Product-specific generation rules
  • Mockup-placement settings
  • Categories
  • Lighting and blending settings
  • File-size presets and related preferences

Some working information and preferences may also be stored locally in your browser.

AI Usage Information

We may maintain records relating to use of customer-facing AI features, including:

  • Type of AI action
  • Date and time
  • Success or failure status
  • Related artwork or mockup identifiers
  • Whether a request was part of a batch
  • AI provider or model information when available
  • Technical error information

These records help us operate, troubleshoot, secure, and evaluate our AI-powered services.

Purchases and Subscription Information

When you subscribe to Creative Seller Studio or purchase a mockup pack, we may receive and maintain information such as:

  • Subscription status
  • Plan type
  • Stripe customer or transaction identifiers
  • Purchase records
  • Mockup-pack ownership
  • Checkout or transaction references

We do not receive or store your complete credit card number or card security code. Payment credentials are processed by Stripe.

Communications and Support

If you contact us, submit feedback, request support, or make a privacy request, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Account information
  • Support category
  • Message or request details
  • Attachments you voluntarily provide
  • Request status
  • Administrative notes relating to resolution

Newsletter Information

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications.

3. User-Uploaded Artwork and Files

Creative Seller Studio is designed to process artwork and other files provided by users.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Creative Seller Studio. Our processing of your content does not transfer ownership of that content to Creative Seller Studio.

We use uploaded content as necessary to provide the functionality you request.

Important Notice About Current File Storage

Creative Seller Studio currently uses Base44 file-storage infrastructure for uploaded files.

Under the current implementation, certain uploaded files may be stored using publicly accessible file URLs. This means that a person who obtains the direct URL to such a file may be able to access that file without logging into your Creative Seller Studio account.

These files are not intentionally published as public website content, but users should understand that current storage URLs may not provide the same access restrictions as private or encrypted document-storage services.

Please consider this when deciding what content to upload, particularly if artwork or other material is highly confidential, unreleased, commercially sensitive, or otherwise unsuitable for access through a direct file URL.

We may change our storage architecture or security controls as the service develops.

4. AI-Powered Features

Creative Seller Studio uses artificial-intelligence services to provide certain features.

Depending on the feature and model used, information may be processed through Base44 and third-party AI service providers, which may include providers such as:

The provider used may vary depending on the Creative Seller Studio feature and Base44’s AI infrastructure.

Information Sent for AI Processing

Depending on the feature, information sent for AI processing may include:

  • Uploaded artwork
  • Mockup images
  • Product-related text
  • Listing instructions
  • AI listing-profile rules
  • Prompts necessary to perform the requested task

Creative Seller Studio does not intentionally include your account email address or personal identity in customer-facing AI prompts when it is not necessary to perform the requested feature.

Examples of AI-powered functionality include:

  • Filename generation
  • Product-title generation
  • Description generation
  • Tag generation
  • Complete listing-detail generation
  • Mockup placement Auto-Detect

Third-party AI providers process information according to their applicable terms, privacy practices, and the arrangements through which Base44 provides those services.

Because underlying providers and models may change, we may update this Policy when our AI-processing practices materially change.

5. Base44

Creative Seller Studio is built and hosted using Base44 infrastructure.

Base44 provides services that may include:

  • Authentication
  • Database infrastructure
  • File storage
  • Application hosting
  • AI integrations
  • Platform security
  • Related technical services

Base44 has represented that application data is stored in the United States and that data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Base44 also maintains security and data-processing documentation, including a Data Processing Agreement and Security Trust Center.

Information processed through Base44 is also subject to Base44’s applicable privacy and data-processing practices.

6. Stripe and Payments

Payments for Creative Seller Studio subscriptions and eligible one-time purchases are processed by Stripe.

When you enter payment information, payment credentials are submitted through Stripe’s payment infrastructure.

Creative Seller Studio does not store your complete credit card number or card security code.

Stripe may process information including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Billing information
  • Payment method information
  • Transaction information
  • Subscription information

Stripe’s processing is governed by its own privacy and payment-service terms.

7. Browser Storage and Similar Technologies

Creative Seller Studio currently uses browser local storage for certain application functions and preferences.

Examples may include:

  • Selected AI listing profile
  • Last-used preset collection
  • Mockup category selections
  • Watermark and overlay settings
  • Store-cart information
  • Current image or working-state information
  • Authentication/session information provided through the Base44 platform

Base44 authentication currently uses browser-based authentication tokens rather than Creative Seller Studio setting its own traditional authentication cookies.

Creative Seller Studio does not currently use advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising trackers within the application.

If our use of analytics, cookies, tracking technologies, or advertising services materially changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement additional notices or controls where appropriate.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We may disclose information to service providers when necessary to operate Creative Seller Studio, including:

Base44

For application hosting, authentication, storage, database services, AI integrations, security, and related infrastructure.

AI Service Providers

For processing requests made through AI-powered Creative Seller Studio features.

Stripe

For subscriptions, billing, checkout, and payment processing.

Other Service Providers

We may use additional vendors to provide services such as customer support, transactional communications, email delivery, security, or infrastructure as Creative Seller Studio develops.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with law or valid legal process
  • Protect the rights, safety, or security of Creative Seller Studio, our users, or others
  • Investigate fraud or misuse
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Facilitate a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide Creative Seller Studio
  • Maintain user accounts
  • Complete transactions
  • Maintain purchased-product records
  • Resolve disputes

  • Meet accounting, tax, legal, or security requirements

User-uploaded content may remain stored until it is deleted or otherwise removed according to available platform functionality.

Deleting an image or other item from the Creative Seller Studio interface may remove its active application record or association. We do not currently represent that every underlying technical copy, backup, or stored file is immediately and permanently erased at the moment an item is removed from the interface.

We may retain certain information after account closure where reasonably necessary for legal, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Creative Seller Studio provides a Privacy & Data Request process.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which may include rights to:

  • Request information about data associated with your account
  • Request correction of certain account information
  • Request deletion of your account
  • Request deletion of certain personal information
  • Obtain assistance regarding privacy concerns
  • Withdraw from optional marketing communications

Logged-in users may submit account-deletion requests using the Privacy & Data Request functionality.

Submitting a deletion request does not immediately delete an account. We may need to verify the request and process associated records before completing it.

We may retain information where permitted or required for legal, security, transaction, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed through Creative Seller Studio.

Base44 has represented that data is encrypted in transit and at rest and maintains security certifications including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials and devices.

12. International Users

Creative Seller Studio is operated from the United States, and Base44 has represented that application data is stored in the United States.

If you access Creative Seller Studio from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.

Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your location.

13. Children’s Privacy

Creative Seller Studio is intended for users engaged in creative, commercial, or online-selling activities and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where consent or other authorization was required and not obtained, we may take appropriate steps to remove that information.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Creative Seller Studio may contain links to third-party websites or services, including marketplaces, payment providers, social-media services, AI providers, and other external resources.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Users should review the privacy policies of third parties before providing information to them.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Creative Seller Studio develops, including when we:

  • Change service providers
  • Modify AI functionality
  • Add analytics or advertising technologies
  • Change storage practices
